Community Development - PRIDE authors and administers grants for the Town of Ticonderoga for community development projects. CDBG grants - for the renovation of Ticonderoga's historic buildings owned by the town. PRIDE is a resource for community development projects in the Town of Ticonderoga and serves on the Economic Development and the Parks and Recreation committees for the town. We also author small community grants for downtown improvements and serve as a conduit for small non-profits.
