The Fulton County Community Heritage Corporation (FCCHC) is committed to improving housing conditions and the quality of life for area residents with particular attention to the needs of low and moderate income individuals and families.

FCCHC looks to assess local community development and housing needs and to identify resources to address those needs both directly and in cooperation with local municipalities and others. When funding is available, FCCHC administers programs of housing rehabilitation and home repair including assistance to elderly home owners for emergency repairs.

FCCHC has also been, and looks to continue to be, involved in the development and/or preservation of affordable housing. FCCHC owns and manages affordable elderly housing units and also manages both elderly and family occupied housing units on beha
