The Fulton County Community Heritage Corporation (FCCHC) is committed to improving housing conditions and the quality of life for area residents with particular attention to the needs of low and moderate income individuals and families.
FCCHC looks to assess local community development and housing needs and to identify resources to address those needs both directly and in cooperation with local municipalities and others. When funding is available, FCCHC administers programs of housing rehabilitation and home repair including assistance to elderly home owners for emergency repairs.

Weatherization assistance providers can assist eligible homeowners and owners of rental properties with measures to improve energy efficiency, including:
Weatherization Services may also include other energy-related improvements such as: water heater repair/replacement, lighting fixture replacement, venting systems, refrigerator replacement, and certain electrical service work.
Weatherization services are available to income-eligible (60% of State median income) individuals who may be either homeowners or renters living in a single-family home, a manufactured/mobile home, or an apartment.
