Community Development - PRIDE authors and administers grants for the Town of Ticonderoga for community development projects. They include:NYS DOS LWRP grants for gateway signage, creation of a pocket park, LaChute River Trail enhancements and the research and design for the proposed Reconstruction of the 18th Century French Sawmill in downtown Ticonderoga.

CDBG grants - for the renovation of Ticonderoga's historic buildings owned by the town. PRIDE is a resource for community development projects in the Town of Ticonderoga and serves on the Economic Development and the Parks and Recreation committees for the town. We also author small community grants for downtown improvements and serve as a conduit for small non-profits.
