| The Fulton County Community Heritage Corporation (FCCHC) is committed to improving housing conditions and the quality of life for area residents with particular attention to the needs of low and moderate income individuals and families. FCCHC looks to assess local community development and housing needs and to identify resources to address those needs both directly and in cooperation with local municipalities. FCCHC has been successful in securing funding and administering a variety of housing rehabilitation and home repair programs since 1988. In addition, FCCHC has provided assistance to first-time home buyers and has developed and now manages 64 units of housing for lower income elderly households. | ||||
